We offer a wide range of professional development opportunities including Early Career Framework and SSAT Leadership Programmes, that are supported by a strong network across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire, spanning all education sectors. Our approach includes:  

• Comprehensive delivery of the ECT framework, led by experienced specialist leaders.  

• Aspirant Headship programmes for aspiring school leaders, offering accelerated development through targeted training and real-world leadership experiences.  

• Collaboration with trusted delivery partners such as Teach First, SSAT, Best Practice Network, and others to offer high-quality CPD, including NPQs and bespoke development programmes. Teachers are supported to become specialists in curriculum, SEND and pastoral care.   

• Apprenticeships that support colleagues to qualify as teachers but also develop their knowledge through leadership and coaching qualifications.  

• Empowerment through coaching and mentoring, helping teachers develop expertise in literacy, curriculum design, pedagogy, and leadership.
