Futures Education Institute is a Regional Delivery Partner of Best Practice Network for the Early Career Framework Programme (ECF) and work with Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Early Career Mentors (ECMs) across Warwickshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire to deliver high quality training on a localised level within our partner schools.

The ECF provides a strong foundation for every new teacher through evidence-based professional development and support that will ensure they feel confident, in control and excited about their new teaching career.

The Early Career Development Programme supports ECTs to develop the skills and confidence needed to flourish in the classroom. Designed to follow seamlessly from Initial Teacher Training, the 2 year fully-funded induction programme gives ECTs structured support based on the ECF and additionally provides for the training of in-school mentors.
