Steve works alongside Headteachers to align business and educational structures to ensure best possible outcomes for students in the most affordable way. He has developed solutions that link curriculum planning to financial planning, and which provide real time affordability KPIs. This has helped realise substantial savings and enabled secondary and primary schools to secure their financial position whilst delivering outcomes for students.
