Tracey Galland

Tracey is the Executive Lead for Governance, Legal and Trust Services at The Futures Trust. She leads and oversees governance arrangements across all levels of the Trust, alongside responsibility for legal compliance and core trust services.

With over 20 years’ experience supporting senior leaders in both the public and private sectors, Tracey is a highly experienced governance professional with expertise in board effectiveness, regulatory compliance and organisational assurance. She holds an ICSA Certificate in Academy Governance.

Tracey is a trusted advisor to the Board of Trustees, supporting high-quality decision-making and ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place. She leads the planning and delivery of Board and Committee business, drives governance assurance across all tiers of the Trust, and oversees the effectiveness of governance within Local Governing Committees.
