Sharon Jeromson

Sharon Jeromson is the Commerce and Risk Manager at The Futures Trust, where she drives a culture of risk management to benefit the Trust.

Sharon is a part-qualified accountant and has furthered her expertise with certifications in Schools Business Management (CSBM), Financial Reporting for Academies (CIPFA), and Learning and Development Practice. She is also a member of the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL).

Sharon brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at the Local Authority, where she was involved in budget setting, monitoring, and strategic financial planning.

At The Futures Trust, Sharon is responsible for risk management and budget oversight for primary schools. She has successfully led the Trust through GDPR compliance, implemented a contract management system, and enhanced the Trust's Risk Register.
