Nigel Broom

Nigel has extensive experience in estates, project management, buildings, and facilities management.

He has worked within private and public sector organisations at Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot Citroen and at Coventry City Council within Building & Consultancy Services. Nigel’s qualifications include BEng Hons in Engineering, NEBOSH qualifications and is a member of the IWFM. Nigel is responsible for creation and implementation of the Estates strategy and since having joined the Trust has led on numerous estates, building services and construction projects funded under DFE CIF, SCA and UCS schemes. As well as responsibility for the commissioning and work of architects and contractors, Nigel manages the safety and maintenance of all trust buildings and land.
