Nigel Broom

Nigel is responsible for the creation and implementation of the Estates strategy at The Futures Trust, where he oversees estates, building services, and construction projects to enhance the safety and maintenance of trust buildings and land.

He holds a BEng Hons in Engineering, NEBOSH qualifications, and is a member of the IWFM. Nigel brings extensive experience from his roles at Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot Citroen, and Coventry City Council within Building & Consultancy Services, where he managed facilities and projects. At The Futures Trust, Nigel has successfully led numerous projects funded under DFE CIF, SCA, and UCS schemes, while managing architects, contractors, and safety protocols.
