Victoria Hastie

Victoria has worked in various private and public sector organisations and has experience of leading change at a strategic and organisational level.

She has managed large scale projects, change initiatives and service reviews. She has worked in various policy, commissioning and contract management roles. Victoria works closely with Steve and Chris to ensure the People Strategy is aligned with the Trust's overarching five-year strategy.
