Ruth Hardy

Ruth Hardy is Associate Director HR at the Futures Trust.  She combines operational leadership with strategic oversight of the HR function, and provides specialist HR guidance across the Trust. 

Ruth holds a Post Graduate Diploma is Personnel Management and has Charted status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is responsible for shaping and delivering a HR strategy that supports the Trust’s vision for educational excellence, organisational growth, and long term sustainability.  She builds strong, productive partnerships with leadership by developing HR solutions that enable the achievement of organisational strategy.
