Elaine Hart

Elaine is a fully qualified management accountant (CIMA) and joined the trust’s central team in 2020.

Elaine specialises in financial modelling and all aspects of finance associated with new projects, planning and budget preparation across the trust. Elaine works closely with Steve Toor, Deputy CEO - Education, to deliver high quality financial analysis which underpins the trust’s highly effective but affordable school improvement model.
